Terms and Conditions for Changes or Cancellation of Cleaning Services

Please note that the following terms and conditions govern the changes and cancellations of cleaning services offered by Home Clean CPH on our website. Please read this information carefully before engaging our services.

  • Changes to the booking:

A). If you wish to make changes to your cleaning service booking, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date. This will allow us to adjust our schedule and allocate appropriate staff for your service.
B). Changes to the booking are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee last-minute changes due to staffing and capacity constraints.

  • Cancellation of the booking:

A). If you need to cancel your cleaning service booking, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date. This will allow us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other clients.
B). In the event of cancellation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply.

  • Refunds:

A). If you cancel 14 days in advance, we will offer a full refund of the prepaid amount.
B). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation date.

  • Changes and cancellations by Home Clean Cph:

A). We reserve the right to change or cancel a scheduled cleaning service in unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
B). In the event of a change or cancellation by Home Clean Cph, we will offer the option to reschedule the service or provide a full refund.

  • Liability:

A). Home Clean CPH strives to provide high-quality cleaning services, but we are not liable for damages or losses related to the use of our services.

B). It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and hazard-free environment for our cleaning professionals to perform their work.

C). If there are fragile or delicate items (such as lamps, paintings, decorative objects, furniture made of sensitive materials, or textiles that require specific care), the customer must notify us in advance before the cleaning appointment. Home Clean CPH cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the absence of prior information about these items.

At what time do we carry out a general cleaning of a home, office or store?

Usually we do it in the course of a morning or an afternoon depending on the tasks to be carried out and the size of the house.

How many people come to perform cleaning services?

We do it with a number of two people for each cleaning, so that none of us is cleaning for more than 4 hours in a row, since we consider that these are the optimal hours in which we as cleaners can do our best and offer the most detailed cleaning and deep.

What is the procedure to hire a cleaning service?

You can contract our services directly here on our website by selecting the service you want, the time you need and the frequency with which you want it or you can also get in touch with us via Mail, Whatsapp or online chat, we arrange your service at the time that suits you best to assess everything you want to do and thus offer you the best possible price without any kind of commitment. From the acceptance, we specify the date and time that best suits you to perform the cleaning service.

What cleaning products and utensils are used? Are they included in the price?

The cleaning products we use are industrial products adapted for each type of cleaning, presenting a reduced aggressiveness with the materials, being neutral and liquid detergents. We avoid using acid or abrasive materials.
The utensils that we commonly use in cleaning are: vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, dustpan, rags and brushes.

And Yes, everything is included in the price.

Is it necessary for you to be in the house while we perform the cleaning service?

In the cleanings as you prefer, if you want to be at home while we do your contracted service we do not see any type of problem, or if for work or different reasons you cannot be at home, we will do the same job, some people choose to leave us the copy of your key or give us the code to enter and do our job. We understand that each client is different and must have a personalized treatment, and what better way than that we can work according to their needs or changes that they may have during the course of the contracted cleaning.

What can't we clean?

In general, we clean all areas of your home except those areas or objects that may present an accident risk for people, or breakage or damage to the objects or homes themselves.

If I'm on a budget, can I request a light cleaning?

If this is the case, tell us when you contact us, and so we can tell you if it is viable based on the service you request, if it is possible to do so while respecting our minimum quality standards.

How is payment for services made?

Payment will be 100% in full here on our website or through the mobilpay application once you have chosen your service. Once the payment is made, the date and time you have requested here on the website will be blocked.
