Terms of Service
These terms and conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Home Clean CPH to consumers located in Denmark. By placing a booking, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is sent by email or message.
- Please provide the correct address in the Copenhagen area, access details (keys, codes, entry instructions), and the service type when booking. Incorrect or missing information may delay or cancel the service.
- Our services are performed exclusively in Denmark, primarily in Greater Copenhagen.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellation (commercial policy)
- You may cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance at no charge.
- Late cancellations (< 48 hours) incur a 50% fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100%.

3. Pricing & Payment
- Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (moms), materials, and transport.
- Payment is due upon booking or within the time agreed on the invoice. Late payment may suspend future services.
- For subscriptions or recurring services, your chosen payment method may be charged automatically on the due date.
4. Access to the Property
If our team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival (locked door, no key, no answer), the visit will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure a safe, hazard-free environment for our team to perform their work.
Please inform us in advance of any fragile, valuable, or delicate items (e.g. artwork, lamps, untreated wood, special textiles).
We cannot be held responsible for damage to delicate or pre-damaged materials, or for surfaces cleaned without the owner’s consent.
6. Scope of Cleaning
Our standard cleaning includes general surfaces, floors, bathroom, and kitchen areas.
Deep cleaning tasks (e.g. inside oven/fridge, limescale on walls, interior cabinets, balcony, window exteriors) must be booked separately.
7. Service Quality & Complaints
- If something is not as expected, notify us within 24 hours of the service and we will assess a re-clean or a fair solution.
- This satisfaction policy is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded (i.e., when you place the booking and receive our confirmation).
- To exercise your right, inform us by a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but it is not mandatory.

We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Refunds are made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you agree otherwise.
9. Early Performance Within the Withdrawal Period
If you want us to start providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, you must give your express request during checkout and acknowledge that:
- If you withdraw after we have started, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service already performed up to the time you informed us of the withdrawal; and
- If the service is fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal.
10. Relationship with Our Reschedule/Cancellation Policy
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies as described in Sections 8–9. After the withdrawal period has expired, or if you have waived/used it (for example by requesting early performance that is fully completed), our commercial reschedule/cancellation policy in Section 2 applies.
11. Liability
- We are liable for direct damages caused by our negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of business or income), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- You must report any damage as soon as reasonably possible and within 24 hours after the service.
12. Klarna / Pay-Later (if offered)
If you choose a pay-later method (e.g., Klarna), your use of that method is also governed by the provider’s terms and eligibility criteria. Any financing costs or late fees are between you and the provider. This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
You can always contact us at support@homecleancph.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, consumers in Denmark may use the official complaints portal:

14. Privacy & Cookies
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the “Change cookie settings” link or widget on our website.
15. Governing Law & Venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules still apply. Any disputes may be brought before the competent Danish courts.
16. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version active when you place your booking applies to that booking.

At what time do we carry out a general cleaning of a home, office or store?
Usually we do it in the course of a morning or an afternoon depending on the tasks to be carried out and the size of the house.
How many people come to perform cleaning services?
We do it with a number of two people for each cleaning, so that none of us is cleaning for more than 4 hours in a row, since we consider that these are the optimal hours in which we as cleaners can do our best and offer the most detailed cleaning and deep.
What is the procedure to hire a cleaning service?
You can contract our services directly here on our website by selecting the service you want, the time you need and the frequency with which you want it or you can also get in touch with us via Mail, Whatsapp or online chat, we arrange your service at the time that suits you best to assess everything you want to do and thus offer you the best possible price without any kind of commitment. From the acceptance, we specify the date and time that best suits you to perform the cleaning service.
What cleaning products and utensils are used? Are they included in the price?
The cleaning products we use are industrial products adapted for each type of cleaning, presenting a reduced aggressiveness with the materials, being neutral and liquid detergents. We avoid using acid or abrasive materials.
The utensils that we commonly use in cleaning are: vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, dustpan, rags and brushes.
And Yes, everything is included in the price.
Is it necessary for you to be in the house while we perform the cleaning service?
In the cleanings as you prefer, if you want to be at home while we do your contracted service we do not see any type of problem, or if for work or different reasons you cannot be at home, we will do the same job, some people choose to leave us the copy of your key or give us the code to enter and do our job. We understand that each client is different and must have a personalized treatment, and what better way than that we can work according to their needs or changes that they may have during the course of the contracted cleaning.
What can't we clean?
In general, we clean all areas of your home except those areas or objects that may present an accident risk for people, or breakage or damage to the objects or homes themselves.
If I'm on a budget, can I request a light cleaning?
If this is the case, tell us when you contact us, and so we can tell you if it is viable based on the service you request, if it is possible to do so while respecting our minimum quality standards.
How is payment for services made?
Payment will be 100% in full here on our website or through the mobilpay application once you have chosen your service. Once the payment is made, the date and time you have requested here on the website will be blocked.
