Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

At Home Clean Service ApS (CVR 46336720), we value both your time and ours. To ensure efficient coordination and high-quality service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you follow the conditions below.

1. Advance Notice

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. There is no charge for changes made within this notice period.

2. Late Cancellations

If we receive notice less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a 50% charge of the total booking amount will apply, as that time has been exclusively reserved for you.

3. No-Shows and Wrong Bookings

If you select the wrong date, are not present at the scheduled time, or fail to notify us within the required notice period, the full amount will be charged. This is because it results in a loss of time, personnel and transportation resources that could have been allocated to another client.

If you booked the wrong date by mistake, contact us as soon as you notice — where we can still fill the slot, we will always try to find a fair solution.

4. Property Access

If our team is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival due to no response or lack of entry access (no key, locked door, or code issue), the visit will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.

5. Your statutory right of withdrawal

This is our commercial rescheduling policy. It applies in addition to, and does not replace, your legal rights as a consumer.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the booking is confirmed. Where that right applies, it takes precedence over the cancellation fees above. 6. How to Reschedule or Cancel

To make any changes to your appointment, please contact us directly by email or phone as soon as possible.
