Terms of Service

1) What we provide

We provide cleaning and related home services performed at your address in Denmark, primarily Greater Copenhagen. We do not sell physical goods, so there are no returns or shipping.

2) Booking

A booking is confirmed once payment is received and we send a confirmation. Please provide the correct address, access details and service type. Incorrect or missing information may delay or cancel the service.

3) Prices

Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT, cleaning materials and equipment. A fixed transport and booking fee of 100 DKK is added per booking and is shown before you complete your order. Private customers may be eligible for servicefradrag on the labour cost.

4) Rescheduling and cancellation

Free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. 50% is charged for changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment. 100% is charged for same-day cancellations, no-shows or if we cannot access the property. See our Reschedule & Cancellation Policy.

5) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

EU/EEA consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the booking confirmation. If you asked us to start earlier, you pay a proportionate amount for work already performed; once the service is fully performed the right of withdrawal is lost. See our withdrawal page and Refund Policy.

6) Damage and liability

We hold business liability insurance and take responsibility for damage to your property caused by our work. Please report damage within 72 hours with photos and your order number. Compensation is based on repair or documented market value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. See our Damage & Breakage Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Danish law.

7) Personal data

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8) Complaints and governing law

Contact us first at support@homecleancph.com. If we cannot agree, consumers in Denmark may use Nævnenes Hus – Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager via Klageportalen. These terms are governed by Danish law.
