How the AI Quote works

A move-out cleaning is the one cleaning where the hours really matter. Too few, and the flat is not ready for the inspection. Too many, and you pay for time nobody needed. For years we estimated that by email, from a few photos and a description. Now our AI does the first part for you – and it does it the way we do it.

Built on our own move-out cleanings

We did not buy a generic price calculator. We went through the move-out cleanings we have done in recent years – the photos customers sent us, the requests, the quotes we gave, and what the jobs actually took on the day – and used all of it to build and fine-tune the estimator.

That gave us two things. First, an honest baseline: how many hours a flat of a given size takes when it is empty and in normal condition. Second, a clear picture of what makes a job take longer than the baseline – and by how much. Thick limescale in the shower, old grease in the oven, a kitchen that has not been deep-cleaned in years. Those are the cases where our old email quotes were most often too low, and those are exactly what the AI now looks for in your photos.

How the recommendation is calculated

1. Your home size sets the baseline. We use the same recommendation you see on our move-out cleaning page: the hours a flat of your size normally takes when it is empty and in decent condition.
2. The photos add time only where it is needed. Heavy limescale, old oven grease, a greasy kitchen, mould, smoke or pets each add time – in steps we have set from our own jobs, with a cap so a few bad photos cannot double the price.
3. Everything is rounded up to the nearest half hour, and the price is exactly the webshop price for that number of hours, plus the 100 kr transport that applies to every service.
4. You decide. The result is a recommendation. You choose your own day and time on the product page, add extras like sofa, mattress, carpet or windows if you want, or send the whole thing to us if you would rather have a person look at it first.

Honest, in both directions

The AI is not there to sell you more hours. It is there to avoid the situation we dislike most: a team arriving with three hours for a job that needs five, and a customer who has to choose between paying extra on the day or failing the inspection. If your photos show a well-kept home, the recommendation is the plain baseline for your size – nothing more.

If you still want to book fewer hours than recommended, you can. You tell us what to prioritise, and you confirm that you understand the cleaning may not be complete. We would rather be clear about that up front than surprise you afterwards.

Your photos

The photos you upload are used to prepare your estimate. If you choose to send the estimate to us, they reach our team together with your details so we can give you a firm quote. We do not use them for anything else.

Questions people ask

Is the AI quote binding?

The price is the real webshop price for the recommended hours, so what you see is what you book. The hours are a recommendation based on your photos; if your home turns out to be very different from the pictures, we tell you before doing anything extra.

What if it recommends more than 4.5 hours?

Larger jobs are booked by hand so we can plan the right team. You send us the estimate with one click, we confirm by email, and you get the same webshop price per hour.

What if there is no free slot on my date?

Call us or send the estimate to us. We can almost always make room, especially for move-out dates that cannot move.
