Booking
How do I book a cleaning?
You can book directly on our website by selecting the service and time. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation by email/message.
Where do you provide services?
Our services are performed in Denmark, primarily in Greater Copenhagen.
I can’t find an available slot—what can I do?
Email us at support@homecleancph.com with your request details and the day you need. Our support team will do our best to find a solution that fits your schedule.
What information do you need when I book?
Please provide the correct address (Copenhagen area), access details (keys/codes/entry instructions), and the service type. Missing or incorrect information may delay or cancel the service.
Pricing & Payment
What is the price for the cleaning service?
Our hourly rate is 650 DKK, including materials, products, transport, 2 cleaners and VAT (moms), unless stated otherwise.
Do your prices include VAT and materials?
Yes—unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (moms), materials, products, 2 cleaners and transport.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and other major cards)
- PayPal
- MobilePay
- Klarna (flexible payments)
- Google Pay
- Crypto (USDC)
All payments are processed securely and encrypted at checkout.
When do I pay?
Payment is due upon booking or within the time agreed on the invoice. Late payment may suspend future services. For subscriptions or recurring services, your chosen payment method may be charged automatically on the due date.
Services
What is included in a standard cleaning?
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floors, including baseboards
- Dusting of all horizontal and accessible surfaces: tables, windowsills, shelves, dressers, and similar
- Cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms / toilets
- Kitchen cleaning: sink and exterior cleaning of cabinets/drawers/stove/hood
Can I customize my cleaning or add extra tasks?
Yes. We can customize your cleaning based on your needs. If you want to add extra tasks, an additional fee may apply if it requires more effort or time to complete.
What is considered “deep cleaning” and needs separate booking?
Deep cleaning tasks such as inside oven/fridge, limescale on walls, interior cabinets, balcony, exterior window cleaning (when not accessible), floor scrubbing/pressure washing, etc. must be booked separately or added as add-ons.
How many hours should I book for standard cleaning?
Recommended estimate by home size:
- Homes / apartments / studios up to 70 m²: approx. 1 hour
- Homes / apartments from 80 m² to 215 m²: approx. 1.5–2 hours
- Homes from 220 m² to 300 m²: approx. 2.5–3 hours

The first cleaning helps us confirm the real time needed so we can set a fair duration while meeting our quality standards.
Do you offer move-in / move-out cleaning?
Yes. Move-in/out cleaning typically includes deeper kitchen and bathroom cleaning, surfaces, floors, doors/frames, baseboards, and switches. Window cleaning, balcony cleaning and pressure washing are available as add-ons.
Estimated time by size (move-in/out):
- Up to 49 m²: 2.5–3 hours
- Up to 79 m²: 3.5–4 hours
- Up to 110 m²: 4.5–5 hours
- Up to 160 m²: 5.5–6 hours
- 160 m² or more: 7+ hours
Times are estimates and may increase depending on condition (heavy grease, limescale, long time without cleaning, etc.).
Policies
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance: no charge
- Late cancellations (< 48 hours): 50% fee
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% charge
What happens if your team can’t access my property?
If our team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival (locked door, no key, no answer), the visit is considered a no-show and charged in full.
What are my responsibilities as a client?
Please ensure a safe, hazard-free environment for our team. Inform us in advance about any fragile, valuable, or delicate items (artwork, lamps, untreated wood, special textiles, etc.).
We cannot be held responsible for damage to delicate or pre-damaged materials, or for surfaces cleaned without the owner’s consent.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will assess a re-clean or provide a fair solution. This satisfaction policy is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
Do I have a right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)?
Yes. EU/EEA consumers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal for distance service contracts (from the day the contract is concluded).
If you request early performance and withdraw after we have started, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service performed. If the service is fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal.
What about liability and damages?
We are liable for direct damages caused by our negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Please report any damage as soon as reasonably possible and within 24 hours after the service.

How do complaints and dispute resolution work in Denmark?
If we cannot resolve your complaint, consumers in Denmark may use the official complaints portal: Nævnenes Hus – Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager via Klageportalen.
Do you have a privacy/cookie policy?
Yes. Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the “Change cookie settings” link or widget on our website.
