Laundry cycles — how it works
Laundry is booked in cycles. Please read this before adding cycles to your booking, so we can plan the linen correctly.
- ✓ 1 cycle = 1 bed. If you book 1 cycle, that covers the linen for one bed. For two beds, book 2 cycles, and so on.
- ✓ Laundry is only available with recurring cleanings. We can only take linen away and return it if there is a following cleaning booked. For a single one-off cleaning we cannot offer laundry.
- ✓ On the first cleaning you must have clean linen at the property. We make the beds with the clean set you leave there, and we take the used linen with us to be washed.
- ✓ We bring the washed linen back at your next cleaning and put it on then. This is why an extra clean set is needed at the start.
- ✓ No same-day delivery of clean linen. We do not deliver or ship laundry back on the same day it is collected.

Do you deliver the clean laundry the same day?
No. We do not deliver or ship clean linen on the same day it is collected. It comes back at the following scheduled cleaning.
