When you choose Home Clean Copenhagen as your cleaning provider, your life will be a little easier:
  •  Transparent prices calculated on the determined time of the service.
  • A contact person, whom you can always contact.
  • Your own cleaning crew, which means the same crew will arrive at your house every time.
  • The price includes EVERYTHING. No additional fees and payments. The price includes VAT, all cleaning products, cleaning equipment, transportation and Gifts.
You can of course also purchase additional services in connection with cleaning.
  • Without commitments, Private customers can terminate future services without prior notice.
  • With appeal options, if the client wishes to complain about a cleaning carried out, they must do so in writing and as soon as possible to support@homecleancph.com with attached photographic documentation. If the customer complains more than 48 hours after we have left the record, the customer's right to complain lapses.

For possible errors and deficiencies after a cleaning, the client can request that they be corrected as soon as possible. Therefore, we usually do not discount the price. If there are any errors or omissions, we will correct them immediately. Once the client has given his approval, no further claims can be made for errors and deficiencies in cleaning.

  • And last but not least, good treatment with your pets. We love animals so we also want them to be comfortable with our presence, they don't bother us so don't worry when you're not at home.
