Event and party cleaning in Copenhagen from Home Clean Service ApS — before the guests arrive, after they leave, or both. We work in private homes, rented venues, offices, galleries and public event spaces, and we schedule around your event, not the other way round.

Most people book us for one of two reasons: they want the space to look perfect when guests walk in, or they need it handed back clean to get their deposit released. We do both — and we take the waste away with us.

Waste removal included — we take it with us

The part most people forget when planning an event is what happens to the rubbish afterwards. Bottles, packaging, decorations, food waste and cardboard pile up fast, and communal bins in Copenhagen buildings are rarely big enough for a party.

We remove the waste and take it away in our company van, sort it correctly and drive it to the recycling centre. You are not left with twenty bin bags in the hallway or a boot full of bottles at midnight.

• Bottles, cans and glass collected and sorted for recycling.
• Cardboard, packaging and decorations removed and sorted.
• Food waste and general rubbish bagged and taken away.
• Transport to the recycling centre handled by us, sorted according to Danish rules.
• Larger volumes: for big events we can add a towed trailer, agreed in advance.

Renting a venue? Read this first

Most rented party rooms, beboerlokaler and event venues in Copenhagen require the space to be returned cleaned and emptied of waste, and hold a deposit against it. The handover standard is usually stricter than people expect: floors mopped, kitchen degreased, appliances emptied, bins removed, toilets sanitised. If it is not met, the venue cleans it and deducts the cost.

What we do

• Before the event: floors, surfaces, glass, toilets and common areas cleaned so the space is guest-ready.
• During the event: for longer or public events, we keep toilets, bins and visitor areas under control while it runs.
• After the event: waste and bottles removed and taken away, spills and stains treated, kitchen and bar areas degreased, floors mopped, toilets sanitised.
• Kitchen & dining: counters, tables, chairs, food and drink residue.
• Extras on request: stain treatment on carpets and upholstery, extra sanitising, trailer for large waste volumes.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the space, the number of guests and how heavy the use was. As a rough guide: a private flat after a party is usually 3 to 4 hours with a team of two; a rented venue for 50 guests, 4 to 6 hours; a multi-day public event needs a daily schedule agreed in advance. Frequently asked questions

Can you clean the same night the party ends?
Yes, when booked in advance. Night and early-morning slots are the most common for event work.

Do you take the rubbish and empty bottles away with you?
Yes. We remove the waste, sort it and drive it to the recycling centre. Normal event waste is included in the cleaning.

What if we have a lot of waste?
For large volumes we can bring a towed trailer or make several runs. Tell us roughly how much you expect and we include it in the quote.

Can you clean during a multi-day event?
Yes. For markets, pop-ups and public events we agree a daily schedule that fits opening hours, including daily waste removal.

What does event cleaning cost?
It depends on the venue size, guest numbers and whether you need cleaning before, after or both. Tell us those three things and we will send a fixed quote.

Do you clean rented venues to the required standard?
Yes. Tell us what the rental agreement demands and we clean to that standard so the deposit is released.
