Regular staircase cleaning for housing co-operatives, owners' associations and residential buildings. On every visit we check in and out with GPS and photograph the stairwell, so the board can see when it was cleaned and how it looked afterwards.

Photos after every clean
After every clean there are photos of the stairwell in ServiceTrack, our own customer portal. The board and the property manager can look whenever it suits them, and give residents a straight answer when someone asks when the stairs were last cleaned.
GPS check-in and check-out
We check in when we arrive and out when we leave, with GPS in ServiceTrack. So it is on record when the stairs were cleaned and how long we were in the building.
A complaint? We're back within 24 hours
If the board complains about a clean, we come back within 24 hours and clean the stairwell again at no charge. On top of that, we run weekly quality checks and audits.
Our own staff, a fixed team
We never use subcontractors for cleaning. The work is done by our own insured staff, and the same team comes every time. Keys and access are agreed in writing before we start.
What we do on every visit
- Stairs and landings are swept and washed.
- Handrails are wiped all the way up.
- Door handles on the front door and in the stairwell.
- Letterboxes are wiped.
- The basement corridor is swept and washed, when it is part of the agreement.
- Stairwell windows are cleaned at the interval you choose.
How often?
We suggest a frequency at the site visit and adjust it after a few months if the stairwell needs it.
How we work out the time
Staircase cleaning is charged by the hour, and how long a clean takes depends on three things:
- The number of stairwells in the building.
- The number of floors in each stairwell.
- What is included, such as the basement corridor and stairwell windows.
The hourly rate includes 1 person. In very tall or large buildings we may send 2 people. The price you see when booking online is an estimate: the fixed price is agreed once we have seen the stairwells.

How much does staircase cleaning cost?
The hourly rate is DKK 350 incl. VAT (DKK 280 excl. VAT), incl. 1 person. How many hours it takes depends on the number of stairwells and floors, and what is included. After the site visit you get a written quote with a fixed price for the agreement. A one-off clean can be booked online, plus DKK 100 transport per booking. How often should the stairwell be cleaned?
Weekly for stairwells with 6 to 20 flats, every two weeks for smaller ones. With a shop on the ground floor or many residents, it usually needs more. We suggest a frequency at the site visit.
How many people come?
One person. The hourly rate includes 1 person. In very tall or large buildings we may send 2 people, and the quote will say so.
What if something isn't right?
If the board complains about a clean, we come back within 24 hours and clean the stairwell again at no charge. Call or write to us. On top of that, we run weekly quality checks and audits.
Can we cancel the agreement?
Yes, with 2 months' notice. Our staff are given their routes based on your agreement, which is why there is a notice period. If you cancel a visit less than 72 hours before, 50% of the price is charged.
What about keys and access?
Keys, fobs and codes are agreed in writing with the board or the property manager before the first clean. Our staff are insured.
