Move-Out Documentation Package | Contract Check, Checklist & Photo Report

Most disputes at the move-out inspection are not about how clean the flat is. They are about what was agreed and what can be proven. This package covers both.

What you get

• A written report on your rental contract — what you have to clean, what counts as redecoration (painting, wallpaper, floors) and is therefore not cleaning, and which clauses are worth having looked at.
• A checklist built from your contract and your landlord's own handover list — the same list our team works from on the day, so nothing on it is missed.
• Photo documentation of the flat before and after the clean, delivered as one file you can forward to your landlord.
• Your deadlines, explained: notice for the inspection, when the inspection must be held, and the written move-out report (Danish Rent Act § 187).

Approval guarantee

If the cleaning is rejected at the move-out inspection on anything that was stated in your contract or on your landlord's list, we come back free of charge within 5 working days. The guarantee covers what was agreed in writing. It does not cover redecoration such as painting, wallpaper and floors — that is not cleaning — and it does not cover points you deselected yourself if you book fewer hours than recommended.

DKK 499. Add it to your move-out cleaning booking as an extra — the same way you add window cleaning or sofa cleaning — or buy it on its own.
