The work gets done faster and better, and you only pay for the working hours used: two people take half the time, so the price for the job is the same as with one person. We are a Copenhagen company ourselves. Our office is on Valby Langgade and we run fixed routes across Greater Copenhagen every weekday. If an appointment has to move, or you notice something on a Monday morning, we are in the same city.

We give a fixed price after a free site visit, agreed in advance. What moves the price is the square metres, how often we come, how many toilets and kitchens there are, the floor types, and whether there are tasks on top of the fixed plan. The hourly rate is DKK 650 incl. VAT and incl. 2 people, plus DKK 100 transport per visit. Send us the square metres and how often you need us, and you get a concrete quote, not a range.

How the agreement works

  1. Free site visit. We walk through the premises together and note square metres, floor types, number of toilets and kitchens, and when we may be there.
  2. Fixed quote within 24 hours. You get a price, not a range, and a plan that says what is done when.
  3. Start. Date and access are agreed in writing before our first visit.
  4. Fixed team. The same staff come every time and get to know your premises.
  5. Documentation. Every visit is signed off room by room in ServiceTrack, so management or a landlord can see what was done.
  6. Adjustments along the way. More staff, new premises or a different frequency? The plan changes without redoing the agreement.

Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Yes. Early morning, evening and weekend are the most common for businesses, so the premises are ready when everyone arrives.

How quickly can we start?
We hold a free site visit and send a fixed quote within 24 hours. Then we agree a start date and a fixed time.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. Professional products and all equipment are included in the price.

What happens during holidays and sickness?
The agreement holds. We send replacements from our own fixed team.

What is the notice period?
Two months.

What if we have to cancel a visit?
Let us know at least 72 hours in advance, so we can re-plan the route. For cancellations later than 72 hours we invoice 50 % of the visit, because the time is set aside for you and cannot be given to another customer at such short notice.

How do you handle keys and access?
Access is agreed in writing before the start and is part of the agreement. Only the fixed team has access, and any change is made in writing.

Who is responsible if something gets damaged?
We hold business liability insurance. If the damage is caused by an error or carelessness on our part, we take responsibility under the general rules of Danish law.
