Event & Production Cleaning in Copenhagen
Event & Production Services in Copenhagen and across Europe
We work with production agencies, brands and venues running events. Not the morning-after clean of a private party, but the full run: build, doors open, daily upkeep while the event is live, and the strip-out at the end.
Based in Copenhagen, we travel across Europe for larger productions. If you are running the same activation in three cities, you can keep the same supplier and the same standard instead of briefing a new local company each time.
Tell us the venue, the dates and the expected footfall, and we come back with a schedule and a fixed price.
Events we work on
- Festivals and concerts: multi-day cover, visitor areas, toilets and back of house, with waste handled at volume. See our dedicated festival page.
- Pop-ups and brand activations: from post-build clean to daily upkeep and final strip-out.
- Product launches and openings: the space immaculate before the first guest, reset overnight for the next day.
- Fashion shows and presentations: fast turnarounds between shows, front of house and backstage.
- Exhibitions, fairs and markets: stand areas, aisles and shared facilities across the full run.
- Corporate events and receptions: venues returned to working order before the next business day.
- Weddings and private VIP events: discreet crews in residences, galleries and hired venues.
Three things, one supplier
1. Cleaning across the full run. Post-build clean, continuous cleaning while doors are open, back of house, and the final clean after de-rig.
2. Waste, removed and dealt with. Packaging, crates, bottles and general waste collected, sorted and driven to the recycling centre. Trailer added for larger volumes. You are not left with a loading bay full of cardboard at midnight.
3. Crew for the work that is not cleaning. Our teams also handle the tasks that always appear on site and rarely appear on the call sheet: resetting the space between sessions, unpacking and organising stock, tidying storage and back of house, moving furniture and fixtures, assisting the build and pack-down crew, and keeping visitor areas presentable while the event runs.
Most productions book all three together, which is usually cheaper and always simpler than coordinating three suppliers.
How we work with productions
- We fit your call sheet, not ours. Early mornings before doors, overnight after wrap, or continuous presence during opening hours. Event work is almost never nine to five and we staff it accordingly.
- One point of contact for the whole run. You brief once. We handle the rota, the cover and the changes internally, so you are not coordinating crew between other fires.
- The same team across the run. They learn the space, the flow and where the pinch points are, which matters more on day six than on day one.
- Fixed price agreed before we start. Priced per day and per shift, so it goes into your budget as a line, not as an unknown.
- English and Danish on site. Briefing, questions and problems handled in the language your team works in.
The things agencies actually ask us about
Confidentiality before launch. Most activations are under embargo until doors open. We treat what we see on site as confidential, and we do not photograph or publish work from a client site without written approval.
Working around product. Our staff are background-checked and insured, which matters when the space is full of stock, samples or set pieces that are not ours to move.
Venue handover standards. Venues hold deposits against the state of the space at de-rig. Tell us what your venue agreement requires and we work to that standard.
Invoicing. We invoice production companies registered outside Denmark, in English, with the VAT treatment set out correctly. Danish VAT applies to work performed at a Danish venue regardless of where your company is registered.
Where we work
Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen: Refshaleøen, Papirøen, Kødbyen, Nordhavn, Ørestad, Indre By, Frederiksberg and the surrounding areas, plus the rest of Zealand for larger productions.
Across Europe: for multi-city activations and productions that need continuity, we travel with the crew. Travel and accommodation are quoted transparently as part of the fixed price, so you see exactly what the away days cost before you commit.
Frequently asked questions
Can you staff a multi-day event with continuous cover?
Yes. We run daily shifts across the full length of an event, including weekends, with the same team throughout.
Can you work overnight or before doors open?
Yes. Overnight and early-morning shifts are standard for us on production work.
Do you only do cleaning, or can your crew help with other tasks?
Both. Alongside cleaning, our teams reset spaces, unpack and organise stock, tidy back of house, move furniture and assist the build and pack-down crew. Tell us what you need covered and we scope it into the quote.
Do you handle the waste, or do we need a separate supplier?
We handle it. Waste is removed, sorted and taken to the recycling centre. For large volumes we add a trailer, agreed in advance.
Do you travel outside Denmark?
Yes, for larger productions and multi-city activations. Send us the cities and dates and we quote the full run including travel.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Event work blocks a team for consecutive days, so dates go quickly in peak season.
How is it priced?
Per day and per shift, agreed as a fixed total before the job starts. Send us the venue, dates, opening hours and expected footfall.
