Accidents are rare, but they happen. If our team causes damage through a mistake or carelessness, we take responsibility for it. Let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, with photos and your order number, and we come back to you with an assessment. Depending on the item, we pay for a repair or compensate the documented market value.
