Important note (extras)
Window cleaning, balcony cleaning, and sofa/upholstery cleaning are not included in this package. These are available as extra services and must be booked separately.
Cleaning time recommendations (homes & apartments)
- ✓ Up to 49 m²: 2.5 hours
- ✓ Up to 79 m²: 3 hours
- ✓ Up to 110 m²: 3.5–4 hours
- ✓ Up to 160 m²: 5 hours
- ✓ Over 160 m²: 5.5–6 hours minimum
Not sure how many hours to book?
Contact us and send photos of the areas that need cleaning — we’ll recommend the appropriate duration. If you choose the duration yourself, it’s entirely your decision and responsibility since we can’t evaluate the condition in advance.

Booking
You can see the available times directly in the booking calendar. If none of them suit you, write or call — we will see whether we can find a time that works, including for urgent jobs.
Cleaning Supplies
We bring everything: professional products, cloths and machines. You don't need to set anything out. If you have allergies, asthma, or particular products you'd rather we used in your home, tell us before the visit and we'll work with that.
Competitive Price
You get a fixed price before we start — not an estimate that grows along the way. The price depends on the size and condition of your home, and how often we come. Not sure what your job costs? See our prices or ask for a quote.
Pets

Satisfaction Guarantee
If something isn't as it should be, tell us within 24 hours of the visit. If the complaint is reasonable and can be documented, we come back and redo those areas at no charge. For deep cleaning and move-out cleaning, this requires that the recommended time was booked.
